Sustainability Strategy Launch

Allianz Australia wanted to drive employee awareness and understanding of, and engagement with their new Sustainability Strategy. The objective was to communicate what sustainability means at Allianz, why it is important and how it links to the purpose – ‘we secure your future’. Additionally, a communications framework and designed collateral was required for articulating the strategy as it evolves over time.

Outcome

94% positive engagement with employees

We started with employee research to determine what language did and didn’t resonate and tested pillar themes for relatability. With these insights, Belong Creative developed a narrative, engaging launch video, and Sustainability Playbook with iconography, colour pallette, photography to ensure a consistent and distinctive look and feel for all related collateral. Additionally we created a series of Infographics and 3 x Case Study videos to showcase the achievements and actions Allianz is taking towards a more sustainable future.  The video was very well received with a score of 94% of viewers agreed or strongly agreed that the video provided a good introduction to our Sustainability strategy and our key areas of focus.
