Preventing serious injuries across a global logistics company

Toll required communication collateral to launch a new Critical Risk Management (CRM) Standard for managing the risk of people falling from heights. The ultimate objective was to focus on the prevention of serious injuries by implementing a consistent approach across its global operations, ensuring the highest level of safety for their people.

Ensuring communication across broad diversity of employees

A key challenge is effective communication to operational team members where access to email and digital communications is not available. Alternate communication methods are required to ensure the delivery of resources is accessible. Visual representations of the content are also required to assist in ‘understanding’, across a broad diversity of global team members.   

Outcome

Engaging content delivered through a variety of channels to enhance awareness and activation of safety measures.

After a debrief session, Belong Creative produced a 4pp Pocket Card, A1/A3 Posters, 1 x Animated Awareness Video and Powerpoint Pack as a suite of communication tools to help Toll engage with its team members globally. All resources have been deployed and implemented in 240 sites within the first three months of launching.
