Building trust with NDIS participants
An approved NDIS and Aged Care provider, Healthcare Australia (HCA) expanded its ‘Home & Community’ division, launching a new venture - HCA Home, to address these needs and bring its experience and scale to the market. The objective of the campaign was to generate brand awareness of HCA Home as an NDIS provider, who offers ‘Person-centred Care’ in homes, community access support and a brand customers can trust.
As part of the production, we also created a series of Social Videos featuring both the participants and the support workers. This video above was developed to help recruit more support workers for HCA Home.
