Welcoming new residents to Sydney's newest harbourside icon
Quay Quarter Lanes is a luxury residential mixed-use development in Circular Quay, Sydney. 104 bespoke apartments, across 3 boutique architecturally designed buildings, boast exclusivity with regards to architectural design, location and accessibility to the emerald city. A suite of settlement collateral was required to explain the architecture, the context of the precinct and the surrounding amenities. Essentially a tool for residents (both purchasers and tenants) to appreciate how to enjoy the use of their new luxury apartment and appliances.
OUTCOME
A beautifully designed suite of communication collateral
We created a beautifully designed suite of communication collateral that generously welcomed the Quay Quarter Lanes residents into their new neighbourhood. Our scope of work consisted of 104 interactive, digital Owner’s Manuals, Precinct Booklet design and printing, Valuer’s Information Memorandum (digital) and 104 welcome boxes that housed hard-copy user manuals, along with keys and plugs for each apartment.
