Having developed their new Employee Value Proposition (EVP), TPG Telecom wanted to bring their people promise to life in an engaging way. The key objectives were to create more awareness and consideration of the brand as an employer for prospective employees both within and outside the telco industry and to drive them to the careers site and job applications.

Outcome

Bringing bold stories to life

By leveraging the simple and bold Employer Brand identity with authentic human storytelling, Belong Creative developed a video series, where each video aligned with one of  four strategic EVP pillars. In addition, a ‘best-of’ compilation brought the series together. Through extensive planning, 8 employees were selected whose stories perfectly brought the EVP pillars to life. A 30sec Hype Reel was also created specifically for Vodafone retail stores to help attract talent. The videos are played on digital screens around TPG Telecom’s office and are included as links on the bottom of all job ads. The total number of views of all videos in the 8 months post launch was 24,632 and social post impressions of 69,491.

The videos have exceeded expectations, with outstanding feedback both internally and externally. They not only captured our EVP flawlessly but also brought life into it, precisely aligning with the vision outlined in the initial brief.
