TPG Telecom required creative collateral to help grow awareness of its Employer Brand and new Employee Value Proposition (EVP). Branded content was required to support their employee ambassadors who are active on Linkedin.

Outcome

Amplifying the EVP internally

Belong Creative developed content ideas for social posts, based around EVP pillars and everyday moments. We produced a total of 10 unique, branded graphics and animations that were bold in design and would pop on social media platforms. TPG Telecom’s employee ambassadors were empowered with a 1-page ‘how-to guide’ to support them in optimising their posts such as adding their personal storytelling to the graphic images. In the 12 months since launch there has been 1,350 views of the graphics on TPG Telecom’s internal ‘Workplace’ platform.

The graphics were created for employees to use to celebrate and show case everyday moments at TPG Telecom. The one-pager supplied by Belong proved exceptionally valuable in guiding employees on the effective use of the vibrant and fun graphics, seamlessly aligning with our brand aesthetics.
