Outcome

Make it amazing!

Belong Creative ran a workshop with 60 leaders and developed a research program including focus groups and divisional head interviews, which the client self-facilitated. We then analysed the data and delivered an Insights Report. An Employer Brand strategy was then presented and an Essence was approved before Creative Concepts were developed. The new EVP and Employer Brand was launched internally and is being used across digital screens and social channels across the organisation.
