Health Support Services (HSS) is a shared services organisation for the WA state health system. To support their transformation strategy, HSS saw a need to invest in an EVP and Employer Brand given recruitment had become more difficult in a tight labour market.
A huge boost to job views, followers and website visits.
After conducting leadership interviews, in-person focus groups and an online survey, an Employer Brand Strategy was translated into 3 x Creative Concepts. Through testing and collaborative refinements, Employer Brand Guidelines was produced, along with digital and social banners, careers site-map and SEO optimised careers copy. The whole project was delivered in just 12 weeks. In the 9 months post launch, views of open jobs had increased by 74%, LinkedIn followers increased by 20% and careers website traffic more than doubled.
