Inspirational, eye-catching branded content to amplify Allianz's EVP
Our challenge was to help Allianz Australia launch its first employee social influencer program. Branded content that was easy-to-use and inspire stories around every-day moments and interactions was required to celebrate and showcase employees' career experiences at Allianz.
Inspiring a personal touch to EVP storytelling
Belong Creative helped extend on the content ideas, based around EVP pillars and everyday moments and produced a total of 22 unique, branded social content including JPGs and animated GIFs. This gave the 16 Allianz social influencers lots of choice and inspiration each week to share their own personalised caption along with the bright engaging content on their personal social feeds. The creative content was specifically designed for its time - during a global pandemic - when it was challenging for colleagues to create User Generated Content (UGC) when working from home.
