A video series to engage healthcare workers on how they could use their clinical skills in a corporate role at Allianz
Our brief was to create a video series to engage Allied Health and Healthcare workers who were unaware of how they could use their clinical skills in a corporate role while raising awareness of Allianz as a new career pathway. The videos had to educate these targeted candidates that there’s a different way they could use their clinical skills and still have a meaningful impact on someone’s life. Along the way, it was also an opportunity to change perceptions around ‘insurer’ and ‘work cover’ by removing negative stigma.

To complement the awareness video, we also produced a series of more intimate paired interview videos featuring Allianz colleagues speaking honestly about the transition from a clinical role into a corporate role with Personal Injury at Allianz Australia.
Outcome
Attracting candidates from another industry
The videos combined received 832 YouTube views during the launch period. Post-campaign launch, the team received expressions of interest from professionals from a wide-variety of healthcare backgrounds which gave some early indication of successful engagement and awareness in a tight candidate market.
