We work remotely, with no permanent office and catch up regularly via videoconferencing, workshops, client meetings and brainstorms. This is a full-time, contractor role which is key to our growth in 2023 and beyond. Hours are flexible over the course of a 5-day week (Monday-Friday), however should mostly align with our business hours of 9am-5pm. You will need to be available 5 days a week and respond to our clients within 4 hours. Looking at a quick start after Easter with training provided in our awesome workflow system (Accelo). Initial 3-month contract with potential option to extend to 6 or 12 months and way beyond (if we dig each other). You will need your own ABN, laptop and mobile phone. Proven experience in an account management or project management role is essential, preferably in a creative-based agency.


Drive organic growth and providing strategic and transactional solutions for key clients through building trusted relationships.

Manage diverse creative projects from bespoke branding to websites and videos alongside industry-leading technical and creative experts.

Attend client meetings (sometimes lead them if it is a WIP meeting).

Keep everyone on track (this is a big part of the role) - taking and writing creative briefs, organising supplier quotes, resourcing and scheduling tasks for all projects with the right skilled collaborators, being a conduit between client and creative teams, checking changes, invoicing and administration duties.

Be responsible for profitability of all your projects.

Attend daily huddles on Zoom to connect with team-mates and share our focus areas and what support you need.
